Here with another needle felting query, I tried to throw DALL-E 2 a curve ball with “felt needling” and it handled it like a champ generating some great digital images from the following query “ felt needling of psycahdelic robots”
Having been previously amazed by what DALL-E 2 can do with needle felting, I decided to throw it a bit of a curveball by substituting “needle felting” with “felt needling” and it knew exactly what I meant with the query “felt needling of frankenstein's monster”. Sadly, these computer-generated images didn’t quite get Frankenstein’s monster right.

While showing off some DALL-E 2 creations on my Facebook a friend commented asking me to run the following query “a watercolor painting of a man painting a watercolor painting of hippo” and I thought it could be quite interesting so gave it a shot. I especially the interpretation where the man is actually painting a hippo.

I have always been fascinated by megalithic sites like Stonehenge so I decided to see what DALL-E 2 might create given the following query “A megalithic site next to a stream”. The vegetation and the rocks do look a bit… “fuzzy” but overall I was satisfied with the results.

I fed OpenAI's DALL-E 2 the following prompt "A Viking shieldmaiden made from needle felting" and it generated these images digitally. I will NEVER trust photos of people's crafts again, I will only trust crafts I can hold in my hands. These are 100% computer-generated images:

I like Vikings (real and caricature versions of them). I like pizza. I gave OpenAI’s DALL-E 2 the task of creating wood carvings of Vikings eating pizza with the following query “A wood carving depicting vikings eating pizza” and the results were AMAZING. It just blows my mind that these aren’t real, that software made completely created these images in seconds:

While I don’t necessarily get “ancient” out of these images, if you showed these to me I would just believe they were real photos of shipwrecks. These artificial images were created by OpenAI’s DALL-E 2 with the following query “Photo of an ancient shipwreck on the ocean floor”:
